On Saturday 1/18/25 at approximately 2000 my truck tire was slashed while parked in front of the Shady Lady Saloon.
I knew it was flat as soon as I pulled out to leave and had to call roadside assistance to replace it with my spare.
After I got home that evening with the flat tire in the bed of the truck I inflated it and found the obvious slashes (two but only one penetrated).
Ashley confirmed the crime would have been clearly visible on the cameras.
Susan claimed not to see anything on the cameras (apparently lying) and either deleted or knowingly allowed that footage to dissapear.
Last night 2/11/25 at around 2230 Ashley King (bartender at Shady Lady) returned to the bar with another coworker off of the clock.
Her shift had ended at 7pm and she left sometime around 2100, as I witnessed her leaving as I was arriving.
She apparently returned just to harass me as she kept barking comments at me while I was playing pool, and became more aggravated that I was ignoring her, as she said she was trying to provoke a fight or something to get me barred from the establishment.
When I removed myself from the situation and walked 100+ feet away to the rear patio to smoke a cigarette, she followed me outside and started yelling at me about “talking shit about her to her customers when I’m not on shift,” and berating me personally.
I kept telling her just to leave me alone I didn’t want to talk to her because she’s a lying bitch, she sucker punched me with a left jab to my jaw, said she was going to break my nose, said “what you gonna do put your hands on me” when I realized that was her goal to provoke me hold her back or otherwise put hands on her, in violation of the rules.
On several occasions, she bragged that she knows who slashed my tire, and the owners know (Susan and Richard).
The second time I went out to the back patio she followed me again saying we need to talk and I said no we don’t leave me alone. She bragged again that Susan knows who slashed my tire.
I told her okay then I want the $400 it costs to replace that tire in the next 24 hours or I’m going to have to call SAPD and have them ask the questions, because I have her recorded admitting that she knows who did it.
- Audio from the first time she assaulted me, threatened me, and bragged that she knows who slashed my tire, and “they already told me who it was” (meaning Susan and Richard).
2. Audio from the second time she accosted me and admitted punching me in the face, said “the next one is going in your lip,” said “Susan knows” again, etc.
